We do flat rate pricing which means you pay the same amount every cleaning. When we start your service, if your cleaning takes longer than expected or considerably less time than scheduled, we will adjust the pricing as needed.
We quote both over the phone and also do in-home estimates. Regardless of how you get your quote, we are never pushy! We're simply here to answer your questions.
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
We offer a range of services including: recurring cleaning (weekly, biweekly or monthly), one-time deep cleaning and move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by clicking on the “Services” in the top menu.
Only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward. If you have a largetr house, we may send more than one cleaner.
